The place isn’t too hard to find as with most nightclubs in the Northbridge area, you will start to see a queue form when it begins to get dark. If you are planning on attending the Rocket Room the dress code is neat casual dress with a cover charge of approximately $20. Please be aware that the Member Area Dress Code will be strictly enforced and Perth Racing reserves the right to refuse entry to any person considered inappropriately attired. We have lots of grassed areas and outdoor bars, so smart casual attire and tailored denim is also welcomed in General Admission.

Not sure what to wear to one of our casinos? Don’t worry – it’s not all bow ties and pressed trousers, at Grosvenor Casinos we’re happy for our customers to dress smart casual and be comfortable.

What should I wear to a casino?

You don’t need to dress up like James Bond – think about how you’d dress to go to a nice bar and that’s ideal. Obviously if you do want to wear a Bond-esque suit that’s fine, just steer clear of scruffy workwear or sports clothes.

Grosvenor Casinos are all relaxing and sophisticated environments for people to play their favourite casino games – but we’re not too strict with the dress code. The only unacceptable clothing at our casinos are items like sportswear or scruffy clothing, as standard. The dress code is the same at all Grosvenor Casinos across the country.

Can I wear trainers in a casino?

Grosvenor Casinos’ dress code is smart casual, which means that while trainers are acceptable they shouldn’t be dirty or tattered. Similarly, jeans are fine, although tracksuit bottoms are not suitable. If you’re thinking of visiting your local Grosvenor Casino for the first time, don’t worry about wearing smart shoes – if you’re more comfortable in trainers, they’re fine too.

Is the dress code different in the Poker Rooms?

You can certainly wear baseball caps, hoodies and sunglasses like the poker pros do on TV – that’s all fine. You would be encouraged to dress slightly smarter if venturing onto the main casino floor though. The advice above would then apply – smart casual is the best bet.
