Job Description:
The Casino Host is responsible to successfully acquire and retain casino guests by providing superior guest service both inside and outside the venue, along with the effective use of complimentary services. Interacts and builds relationships with casino guests, concentrating in the higher denomination zones. Explains the benefits of the Player’s Club and encourage enrollment. Identifies qualified guests and meet or exceed a specific number of new enrollments into the Buffalo Run Casino Player's Club. The specific quota of new enrollments is determined by management and may fluctuate based on seasonality.
